  1. If your item/product is faulty, harmed, defective, incorrect or incomplete at  the time of delivery, please let us know by return request on our website or app  immediately after receiving the item/product.
  2. Please note that a few items marked as non-returnable on the product page  are not eligible for return. For more information view the complete list of non returnable items. i.e. Discount products are not changeable
  3. This refund process may take up to 30 working days or more depending  upon the availability of the Products.
  4. For all Electronics and Appliances usage or the expiration of the return  window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For  seller warranty, please contact the seller. The contact details of the seller can  be found on the invoice. For brand warranty, please refer to the Brand Contact  List. For warranty claims, customers should contact the brand seller directly. LUVIT will not be held responsible for any issue regarding warranty.
  5. For return, the product/item must be unused, unworn, unwashed. Clothing  item(s) will be considered unworn if they are tried on to see whether they fit or  not.
  6. During return, the product/item must include the original tags, user manual,  warranty cards, freebies and accessories with original packaging.
  7. Customers should preserve and be able to provide proper documentation and  proof about your return claim like unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.
  1. If LUVIT is not able to fulfill the order or the customer cancels the  product/order, in that case the customer will be eligible for refund payment.
  2. Customers can raise a refund request on the Website/App or make direct  calls to our customer care.
  3. This refund process may take up to 30 working days or more depending  upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses.
  4. Customer will get the refund with his/her principal amount (paid amount)  within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash then the  customer will get a refund through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded  via any other payment channels. But LUVIT retains the right and has the  right to consider/reconsider refunds via another flexible channel to make the  refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
