How to Use Flormar Ultra Thin Brow Pencil 02 Light Brown
Using the attached brush, comb the eyebrows upward. Fill in any gaps in each eyebrow using tiny strokes that follow the direction of the hair growth. Start at the inner corner of the brow and work the way out.
